Terms — draft
These are draft service notes, not final contractual terms. The Academy should approve and publish full terms before opening registration.
Accounts
Students can enroll in published courses. Tutors can create and publish courses, subject to Academy review and the final programme rules. Users must keep their account credentials secure.
Learning content
Course content and lecture media are intended for enrolled learners. Downloading, redistributing or recording restricted media without permission is not allowed. Optional lecture-resource links lead to third-party sites under their own terms.
Programme policies
The final terms must address eligibility, fees, refunds, certificates, content rights, moderation, suspension, disclaimers and dispute handling. The current app does not process payments or issue certificates.
